Superb David Burnham-Smith sculpture of a Gyrfalcoln
Hand painted porcelain bird with wings outstretched. Bronze feet to the bird, sitting on mahogany ball base atop pedestal.
Inlay to the pedestal, square base with drawer to one side and porcelain inset plaque to the other.
Excellent condition, free from any damage. Originally purchased from Albany porcelain for £6325. This is the best of mid/late 20th c. English porcelain. A magnificent creation, one for the real collector!
