Here we are pleased to offer a very fine early 19th c. Italian olive wood display cabinet.

Arched cornice above large shaped glazed doors wih olive wood surround, Ormolu mounted corners, escutcheon and decorative ormolu centre moulding. 

Four drawers to the base with figured olive inlay, crossbanding and superb heavy ormolu Rococo style handles. Further ormolu mounts adorn the body and feet.

The cabinet interior lined in patterned silk( possibly original) and with three silk lined shelves. 

Outstanding colour and patina, in fine original condition

This piece splits into two parts for ease of access and delivery.
